Hi everyone,

I finished Rex's new tank. I was writing to see if anyone could let me know how it looks? Is there anything I can do to make it better? The bottom UVB bulb is the Reptisun 10.0 and the one on top of that is the Naturalsun 2.0. My fixture wouldn't work with just one tube. Any feedback will help.

Forgot to mention for heat I am using two 75 watt flood lights and one 50 watt flood light from Lowes.

Looks really good Nicole.
What are your temperatures in the basking spot and on the warm side and cool side.
What is the size of your tank.
Your basking temp should be 45c your warm side should be high 30's and your cool side should be high 20's.

Your uvb tubes are good but you really only need the reptisun10. Any more uvb and you coul'd burn your dragon. See how you go but as long as your dragon is 7-10 inches from the tube then this is perfect.

I would use one basking lamp on one side of the tank and see how i go. Depending on your tank i would use a 75w-100w.

If temperatures fall below 20c at night then put a ceramic heat emitter (does not give off light just heat) and switch that on at night just to bump the temps up to mid 20'-30c

I have a 75 gallon tank. I now have a 75 watt on each side. The basking spot gets up to 108.5 degrees. The cool side of the tank 80-85 degrees. The only reason I have the two tube lights is because I can't use my fixture without two tubes. The one tube is a Natural sun 2.0 so I don't think that puts off enough heat to burn him right? Thanks so much for your comments, I just want to make sure that I have everything right. It's been very stressful but I think I finally have it! I just want to add more things for him or her to climb on because he/she loves to climb!!! Rex is still too small to tell the sex. Hopefully it is a boy because I gave him a boy name and I been calling him a boy. LOL
