Does anyone know of an adhesive that is safe for vivariums that binds porcelin tile to glass?

We got the front pane removed and the top lid lining off. Right now we just let the girls run in it for exercise and such when cleaning the smaller one. Plus I think it helps them get better aquainted with their future home.

Just curious as to why you would want to seal them to the glass? Tile is porous, so should be something you can remove and clean.

Sometimes the worms crawl out of the feeding dish and scurry off before the girls catch them. The last thing I want is a bug problem or dead bugs makeing it unsafe and unsanitary because they got underneath the unevenly set tile. That or the fact that the tile isn't exactly light and if I'm removing it constantly I don't want to risk dropping it on one of them or breaking the tank or the tile itself.

Yes, silicone caulk would work. If you get the aquarium safe kind, it won't have any additives that might be considered harmful.
