I have a friend who has started using moon lightinging bulbs to help keep his dragons tank warm at night. I have read and been told by lots that it's best to leave them in the dark at night. Can yall help me out with some info on these bulbs to pass along to him??

It's generally stated that dragons prefer total darkness, and if your night time temps drop below 65F, you can use a ceramic heat emitter for additional heat.

They can see light. The lights do provide heat, but the light can cause distress when sleeping. I would suggest a ceramic heat emitter. It is a bulb that creates heat, but 0 light. They last a long time too. I have had one in my dubia bin for close to a year now going 24/7.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
