I will start off by sharing my citrus translucent.

sorry for sounding stupid, but what is a translucient exactly? i tried to google, but it doesnt give info. is thier skin actually translucient and you can see through it slightly? from what i see i notice thier eyes always look dark. or is it clear nails?

If you put a flash light under them you can see all the good stuff and most translucents do have black eyes.

This is phantom who is a hypotranslucent italian leatherback. And to answer your question, translucents have see through skin and usually solid black eyes. Hypos are the ones with the 20 clear nails.

Pics do this guy no justice... he is waxy looking and has these undertones of yellow and orange over a creamy color.
