btw, i'm sorry if i'm asking questions you already know haha.

i feed mine a mix of high protein kitten food mixed with beardie bites and fish flakes and of course the water crystals. theroachguy has dry crystals you can buy for much cheaper than at the stores as well as pre mixed food that he makes himself.

i also like to throw in a banana or a peach every 2 days (otherwise it molds) and mold will kill your entire colony so quickly you'll cry happened to one of my friends.
