Is this too much UVB(don't want him to start glowing/pics in

Hi,
our Rog has been eating like crazy for a while now (started about a week ago). 2 days ago we put his UVB inside of the tank (it's more practical and not on the mesh). We are using ReptiSun 10.0, 24". He's not been sitting on the top rock anymore since then. Could you take a look and see if this is too much UVB for him?

The Reptisun 10.0 is powerful enough to shine through the mesh, so don't worry about putting it on top of the mesh. Also, you have the best UVB bulb in the market, so it's not too much UVB for him.

So it's ok to leave it like this? I mean it's quite bright especially for human eyes.. He's also not climbing to the very top anymore.. Thanks for your advice.
