Incubation methods

What method do you guys use? I'm looking to use a different one with my new incubator. But to pick one I'd need a list! I use repshay super hatch I think it's called (It's the clay pebbles) in a closed container currently but want something g a bit better for air flow.

I've tried a couple of methods, but only with a small number of eggs. Damp vermiculite worked well (1:1 water-vermiculite by weight) with the eggs half buried in the medium.
I've also heard good things about the suspended incubation method, and did trial a small homemade tub (eggs over water). The dragons hatched earlier than those in vermiculite, but due to the unsealed nature of my containers humidity was insufficient.
