well on here you will get some Feedback stating Mealworms aren't really good at any age! Go with supers/silkies/phoenix worms fro your best bet. Phoenix & Silikies Can be eaten pretty young, but supers I think needs to be about 12-14"?? Not sure, soemone will clarify though!!

Hi Rodney...The thing is that mealies just aren't nutritious at all...The hard shells really do a number on a dragons tummy and after all the work of digesting, there isn't much nutrition left to warrant all that work....Sorry, just my opinion...

Hi,
mealworms are not recommended for beardies. Silkworms, butterworms, hornworms, phoenix worms, roaches, locusts, crickets are all better choices. You can also feed superworms, if your beardie is at least 14 inches long head to tip of tail.
How old is your beardie? What do you feed him at the moment?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
