I'm so annoyed! This recent heat wave that hit us has damaged my hornworm population!

I was up north (without air conditioning) at our cabin last week during the heat wave. The temps were in the high 80s but with the ridiculous humidity the heat index was well into the 100s for SEVERAL days.

I have 3 cups, almost FULL of food of course - with hornworms looking all weird - some are changing funny colors, some of burrowing into the food, a couple have started to turn black - the cups have an odd smell to them. I'm afraid to feed any of the worms to my boys.

UGH the money I lost! It's like 30 worms too- I raised these darn buggers from eggs too!

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
