All dragons, regardless of gender, are equally as territorial.

It can't be put on just one gender. Just like in humans, some people are aggressive, some aren't. It's not the gender that makes them that way, its them as a person, or them as a beardie.

Having had both females & males, I agree with Brandon, it depends on the beardie. My females were as ready to fight each other as my males are, even though I was able to let 2 of my females out at the same time. The younger one always gave tribute to the older one, who was the Queen of the household, but they never fought, they just kept their distance. But I also had another female that would instigate a fight with the Queen any time I tried to have them out at the same time. My males can`t be within sight of eath other & they want to bite & fight.

I would beg to differ with your comparison on the subject. In humans, over 90% of murders and all violent crimes are committed by males so they are far more aggressive than females. Just sayin.

Fair enough, but do you disagree with the meaning I was trying to get across? Because thats the only important thing, lol!

I think you're both right. Human males are more agressive as a general rule, and we've all known females who have the guys beat by far. However, beardies come hard wired for many fewer things than humans, and I would agree that agression depends more on individual temperament than gender.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
