Hey guys I use Kale Collard Greens and Escarole and I wanted to see what are the top ones and healthiest. I was told swiss chard parsley bok choy mustard greens and many others are bad for beardies. So I would like to hear it from knowledgeable owners I am cutting Kale (vet recommended sparingly). So how could I change up my beardies morning/afternoon meals? If I need to add 50 different things and it'll be healthy for my 2 then I have no problems with it

Nutrition Content there's a good site for nutrition. ignore what it says about kale, it has been studied more and found to be a great staple feeder. for greens, we use a rotating combo of collards, mustard, kale, dandelions, and watercress. other veggies we give are zucchini, sweet potato, various colored peppers, and as treats occasionally we'll give raspberries or blueberries.

I read that kale was a better staple than collards - but the nutrition site is a good one to go off of - prickly pear cactus leaves are a good staple as well

Today I got swiss chard (green) dandelions greens and bok choy so I'm hoping the Swiss and bok choy are suitable and safe? I have

Collard Greens
Kale
Escarole
Swiss chard (again green)
Dandelions
Bok choy

My beardies reject bell peppers and various fruit and veggies (like sweet potato zucchini etc) but it could change one day you never know. Just wanna diversify and make a rotation to see what I can give them so they don't get bored. Also forgot watercress and was unable to get mustards I may need to figure what that is exactly including dark leafy greens?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
