he so i got my 2 bearded last week and the 1 is doing fine but the other 1 (ive just noticed today) he seams to be acting sluggish hes bin sleeping all day and he doesent lift his head up?

yes they are

You might want to separate them. Beardies do not do well when housed together. One dragon will dominate the other, causing the other dragon to not want to eat or bask. It seems that might be what is happening with yours.
