My name is Tamara and hubby and I are going to buy a BD. I have a long history as an animal care taker on the Pro side ie ,groomer, trainer and pet sitter. I am now retired and we are settled. We are owned so far by 3 snakes. Hubby got interested in BD from our salesman at the car dealership where we bought my car. I am in touch now with the breeder he delt with down in FL.
So far we have a 40gal breeder that we bought at petsmart. It is their delux BD kit. It came with alot of stuff but not substrate which is fine with me. I already have a ceramic emitter also. One of my snakes is high maintance type, BRB he is 3 years old. So here I am to learn more about BDs than the old books I bought a few years ago. I know alot of that information is out of date. :study:
