Oh the little orca-love thing is so sweet, brilliant! :D Does Edgar still get to meet up with his girlfriend (or does the orca get jealous?!)

I think you may have a mini-Picasso in Travis, there. You should get him doing some more and set up a little beardie-art gallery! :blob5: :blob5:

His girlfriend lives on the other side of the state now. She did write a lovely letter for him.

Plus, I would hate to have a jealous orca on my hands. I hear they can get mean. Edgar sleeps with his head under his orca's tail. I think its really cute.

I plan to! My other dragons are also going to try their hand at painting. They love playing and running around, so I figured they would make lovely artists. Travis seemed to really enjoy doing his once he realized that his feet were depositing color.

Hi all :D

@Irwinshealth - Ahh, I love the pics of Cooper exploring the garden. In particular "Look at me, Mom", made me smile! How old are they? :)

@Artes - wow. Beardies who can write, and beardies who can paint, there is no end to their talents :) All that and cute to boot! Have you got any pics of Edgar sleeping under the orca? :D Loving seeing all these!

Thanks Gemma! I purchased Cooper & Palmer from Petsmart when they were very tiny. I think they were too small to even be selling myself. My beloved Irwin had passed in December and the emptiness was unbearable! I decided I couldn't replace him but he would not want me so unhappy. I found Cooper & Palmer and fell in love! I would estimate them at about 8months now.

I think Palmer is still showing teenage hormones. He don't like me so much right now. Hopefully he comes out of it soon.
Cooper is a complete ham! Whatever attention you give he will take it all in.

Do you have pets to share with us?? We love photos here?

Hi Irwinshealth! Do they have teenage-style hormones, then? :) There's a whole world I didn't know about! They look really sweet though.

I've always loved animals and had them around - I've had cats most of my life - this is Holly:

We got her from the RSPCA when I was a kid 19 years ago, she lives at my parents' and she's my little old girl :)

I also had fish a while back - this is Mac, my old flasher wrasse (forgive the algae, tank had just cycled so had "new tank syndrome" in this pic: :love5:

My housemates also have a cat, a rabbit and three chickens :D It's great!

Gemma,
I learned on here they go through a teenage stage and many can get temperamental for awhile but generally come out of it and become docile and cuddly! :D
Your cat looks so young! 19 years is a long time for a kitty someone has been spoiled
You fish seem unique?! Beautiful colors. I have to say I don't think I have seen one like it. Very, Very pretty!
The cat, rabbit and three chickens? ! Seems to me you guys have a small zoo going already. You should fit right in on this site! Well have a baby beardie added to that list in no time.

Oh wow, is it like a hormonal thing like human teenagers? I had no idea!

And yep, kitty has been very spoiled. She has a wonderful life (one I'm a bit envious of, tbh!)

We do have a bit of a menagerie at our house, I love it! Really couldn't imagine not being surrounded by all sorts of animals. Does everyone on here have lots more than beardies then? :)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
