Hello Everyone! I need help determining my beardie's morph!

Hey everyone, my name is Charles. I recently bought a 2 month old bearded dragon but I can't seem to figure out what it's morph is :? , can you guys help me? It has some orange on it's back and the sides too.

It's really difficult too determine a morph unless you know what the parents are. None the less, you have a beautiful little cutie there

Very cute dragon. The orange coloring is so nice. We don't have color morphs in bearded dragons quite like we have in species leopard geckos, so it's easier to classify beardies, I think. Your dragon looks like a normal scale. It has normal spikes, so it is not a leatherback morph and not a silk back morph. I cant see the eyes, but if they are pure solid black, that would be an indication of a translucent morph. If all the toenails are clear/white, that would be the sign than you have a hypo morph. It's hard for me to tell in your picture but it looks like they may be clear or white. Are they?

The only way to know if you have a dragon from a particular color bloodlines, like a Chris Allen Red, would be for you to ask the breeder. Breeders and collectors will choose dragons for their color, and often those colors were developed by breeders who then give that bloodlines a name.

So from your picture and not knowing the breeder or genetics, I would say you have a normal scaled dragon who may be a hypo depending on the nails.

I forgot to mention that the person that I bought it from said that the male parent is an orange citrus with some red and the female parent is snow white.

Sweet. Then you have a hypo which is short for hypomelanistic, meaning they have less dark pigmentation, and hypo dragons usually have light shoulders compared to regularly pigmented dragons. That's cool that you have a hypo. I think they are really pretty.
