Hi there,

I moved to Rhode Island from Florida with my beardie a couple months ago. We have never had to worry about heat at night time before, but last night it got very cool in our apartment and I am worried about it being too cold for Kiah. Is there any kind of heat lamp or anything that can be used overnight that won't confuse him and make him think it's day time? Thanks :)

If your night time temps are dropping below 65 degrees in the room where you keep your enclosure, what you will want to invest in is a ceramic heat emitter (CHE). It screws into a normal light bulb socket and puts out heat but no light. You can buy them online or at any big box pet store. They look like this:

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
