When you freeze vegetables and greens, the vitamin B1, or thiamine, is destroyed once they are defrosted. Fresh veggies are better, but if you happened to feed frozen, just sprinkle a little crushed vitamin B1 supplement, that you can buy from Walmart, on the veggies and you'll be fine.
