Finch eggs

Has anyone ever heard of feeding their beardies finch eggs? I was talking to someone who said her beardie loves them, and I Googled it out of curiosity but couldn't find any info. Dudley liked hard boiled egg when I gave it to him once, so I'm debating trying it as a treat. The eggs are teeny tiny, the size of a dime, and I'm guessing they would have a good amount of protein and calcium in them.

Sounds like it should be nutritionally sound... but Ive never heard of it. Your post make me curious but I can't find any substantial info on a Google search.

I tried to feed him one today, but he had no interest in it... I rolled it around in front of him and everything, and he just gave me a look, haha. :roll:
