They don't get water in their ears when they're in their bath, they have something that keeps the water out. I have a beardie that loves to swim & he's got his head in the water all the time, he likes to swim like an alligator, yet it doesn't bother him & I don't have to put his head to the side to get water out. I'm not sure how they keep their ears waterproofed (so to speak  ) but it's nothing to worry about!
I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
