Dirt in poop?

I woke up my bearded dragon today and it looked like he popped last night while he was asleep, he hadn’t pooped in a while so I was kinda expecting the size but I’m confused about the dirt in it he doesn’t have a dirt substrate, I had him boarded for spring break and few weeks ago but I don’t think they use dirt and he’s pooped before since then. I just need help I really hope he is okay, he looked a little weird this morning his eyes were all squinted down but once I picked him up his eyes went normal and open, he really isn’t a morning guy.

I forgot to mention that I added waxworms to his diet I’m thinking it’s the wood chips they eat showing up in his poop

I've never offered wax worms so I couldn't say

Also: No idea regarding the waxworms, never fed them (not available here).

Hello,

The substrate in the cups with waxworms I believe is
usually a bran type of substrate so, it should be perfectly
safe if ingested. So no worries at all!

Thank you so much I was really worried about the dirt and had no idea how he could’ve eaten something with that consistency it was a pretty big poop though so he must feel so much more relieved

Yes, anything off like that can definitely worry us to death! He will be perfectly fine. It's normal to worry
when something seems so odd like that!
