Hello,
I recently built new homes for a couple of my dragons and I have a patch that is roughly 2feet by 1.5feet that is just exposed melamine. I notice the dragons go to that side and attempt to dig in the corners. My thought way to make a dense digging substrate similar to that used with a gravid female. I have been keeping an eye on eating habit and now I have converted them to reptiworms there is no real risk of ingestion during feeding since they eat in a bowl. I was thinking that I would use the sand and soil mix or try and find some sort of dense sand. I think the density would help prevent impaction instead of it all being loose, but i figured I would ask the forum to see if this was even a decent idea.
Thanks,
Drew
