Days with Dude *New pictures- Nov 28*

So I decided to make a thread about my bearded dragon Dude.
I love taking pictures of him and showing the world what wierd and interesting things we do together
I'm not sure if this thread will go far, but lets see
(perhaps this should go in photo expressions? not sure...)


Let's start off with what happened today.
Dude and I have been on the hunt searching for a repti-sun 10.0 bulb. We first adventured off into Petsmart and (surprise!) they had no repti-sun bulbs, only repti-glo! So we marched out of their after admiring all the new kittens that were up for adoption and decided to check Pet Food Express.

Come to find out, Pet Food Express had no items for reptiles! Dude thought that was quite odd and he was a bit offended, so we left immediately and went to our last resort... Petco.

We walked into the doors, past the dog toys, past the hamsters, past the turtles, and *happy music* we found the UVB bulbs! The Repti-sun 10.0 lamps were there! Dude and I rushed home to try out his new lamp! We were both excited because the repti-sun bulbs are suppost to make your dragon more active!

I was excited, just waiting for Dude to climb and run around his cage with magical powers that his new lamp would surely give him! This is what I saw:

I was quite disappointed, the new lamp didn't make Dude any more active.... he slept all day!
But hey, he's cute and that's enough for me

OMG, this thread is so cute. Dude is just adorable! Of course we all know only real dudes comfortable in their own skin can pull off drag! 8)

Haha thank you. And yes, he is comfortable with his sexuality enough to dress in drag ;p

just had to share--i have my own Dude now, except my Dude turned out to be female lol. her previous owner was told she was male, but i corrected him once i got her (and my male beardie confirmed it when he started flirting lol). i've decided to keep the name, so that awesome Aerosmith song, Dude looks like a lady, can be her theme song
