DARK babies

for the last year or so I have been trying to produce very dark, or as close to black as I can get. this last clutch that hatched out is as close as I have come yet!! excited to see what they will turn into, some neat patterns too!!

I'm thinking of breeding when Maynard is older, my friends selling his red bearded dragon and I would be interested to see what colors could come out of it.

Here is dad

The mom is actually a very red dragon, but I had noticed her babies were always a dark deep red. That's why I decided to pair her with big, my boy above. Her name is Fuego, she's on the bottom in this pic...oddly enough, that pair has made multiple clutches of dark babies.

So what are you planning on doing with these?

I'll most likely be holding onto them until I figure out which few are the darkest, and hold a few back. I may get rid of a few in the meantime, once they are at least 5 or 6 weeks old.
