To those of you who have created your own caves. What do you use as a sealant? And, has it been proven to be waterproof???

We've used Carpenters Glue in the past, and as nice as they turned out, they just weren't waterproof, therefore we had to avoid getting Eazy wet while he was on his caves.

So, recommedations?? I've recently read the WinWax polycrylic one, is that waterproof??

:blob8: Thanks!!

I used a Tile waterproof, water based, non-toxic sealant. It ended up a bit sticky so I used a water based craft varnish which took the stickyness away.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
