Bugs in the cricket bin?

Starting this week...all the sudden I have tiny flying bugs in and around my cricket bin. It's getting really irritating as every time i shoo them away, they end up flying all over my apartment and I keep finding them in the kitchen now >_<

I've been cleaning out the bin fairly regularly, usually twice a week so I don't even know why this is happening

Anything I can do to stop it??

Can you post a picture?
Are they just fruit flies?
Did they come with the crickets, or are they from somewhere else? If they came with the crickets switch suppliers.

They didn't come with the crickets when I got them...I think I got the crickets about 2 weeks ago and the flies just showed up this week
