We just got a new bearded dragon 3 days ago. She has been doing well except she keeps getting black lines and spots on her belly and her beard keeps turning black. She has been really friendly with us and eats and acts normal. She tends to try and run from us when she gets bored of us too, but that seems normal. We took her out and let her soak and she went completely back to her normal coloring, but 30 mins after we put her in her tank, she got dark again. Her temp is fine and at a good range in in the tank. We have wood for her to bask on and we wonder if we need a rock instead, maybe her belly is cold. She has a place to hide under the wood as well. We think she may just be stressed about the new environment, but we don't know. Any help would be appreciated.
A few side notes here too. She is about 12 inches long from nose to tip of tail and we have no idea how old she is. The store said they had had her for about 4 months. We also don't know how many crickets she should be eating. This might be part of her stress.
