Black reptile light safe?

What type of black reptile light brand is safe to use on my pet dragon (it must be black), Im not using it for heat!

Why do you need a black bulb?

If its not for heat then what for? Dragons can see lightwaves that us humans can't, so if your thinking about using them at night, it would disturb your dragon still.

Sorry i've put this in the wrong form, i ment to put it in "other reptiles" as its for a Southern angle headed dragon. I read on a site that they need it (They love the cool)
