Biting beardies???

The real question is just hard can a Bearded Dragon bite?
Harry has gotten to where when I let him ride on my shoulders,he wants to bite at my ears.
I dont have anything against him trying to play.But I've not been bitten by a dragon ( except the fever to keep them ) and dont really wont to find the hard way that they can rip flesh from bone. :shock:

I got bite by a adult male once, it hurt and left teeth punctures but in all honesty, I've been bit worse by a cat or iguana. I don't think I'd want one to chomp my ear though.

A full grown beardie can have a decently powerful bite and draw blood if bitten hard enough. Definitely something you can handle but would not be a pleasurable experience.. especially in the ear. =p

i've been bitten by a friends dragon and it was on the ear, just felt like i was gettiing my ear peirced. my cat bites worse personally, but shes half feral so yeah, also i think it depends on your pain tolerance.

I got to where I expect to be bitten or stung when I'm working in my reef tank.But thats on my hands and arms.I dont plan on submerging my head in the tank.
I've gotten to where I wont let him climb to my shoulders so that I dont get caught off guard.
