Possibly, but we can't know until the new bulb is in and your dragon has been under it for awhile to asses if that was the reason or not.

the only store that sells that bulb around me is selling them for $70 , and i cant get them online b/c i dont have a credit card

I dont have credit cards either, so what I did was bought a prepaid card. You load it with whatever amount you need and use it that way. And its reloadable so it can be used repeatedly. Bad thing about it is that you have to pay a monthly fee for it, the one I got is 3 USD a month surcharge.

Do you know anyone who does have a credit card? Or a paypal account?

You could offer them the money upfront and have them order it for you.
