hi everyone,

ive been reading up on our little friends and also been told that they dont need hide or shouldn't. i think it was along the lines of it can encourage brumation. but also something to do with them being hid away from the UV light.

can some one please shed some light on this if anyone knows
thanks :) :blob5:

A bearded dragon should always have a hide available to them. If they want to hide for the day, that should be their choice. Brumation is perfectly natural, and they should be allowed to do it if they so desire.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
