Arcadia T5 Question

I plan on mounting a T5 Arcadia 12% 36 inch (with a reflector) above my viv. There will be mesh between the bulb and the bearded dragon. How far away should the bulb be to not be dangerous, yet provide an adequate amount of UVB? As of now the bulb would be max 20 inches away and min of 14 inches. Please help.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
