How do you weigh them. I tried way my big boy & it came up to 31.2 & hes 10.5inches and aroundd 3 4months old. So in Bearded Dragon terms does that mean hes 312grams or just 31grams. The scale im using is a cheap 13$ one so it doesnt give the full exact number.

I bought a scale from beardeddragon.co that works great. If the scale is set to measure in grams then yes, he it is 31grams.

When Blink outgrew my little digital gram scale, I checked the 2nd hand stores near me and bought a food scale from Value VIllage for 4.99. 2nd hand stores are great

My beardies' stats are as follows:

Gryphon:

Age: 4 years ( on May 15th!!! )
Sex: Male
Length: 23" STL
Weight: 710 grams

Boggart:

Age: 3 1/2 years
Sex: Male
Length: 19" STL
Weight: 390 grams

Kirin:

Age: 11 months
Sex: Male
Length: 16"
Weight: 210 grams


All three have identical housing and nutrition.
Gryphon was purchased from Georgia Bearded Dragons (S: Scrappy D: Cleopatra) in 2009 at 2 1/2 months.
Boggart was rescued at 4 months and was in bad shape but has overcome previous malnutrition and questionable (at best) husbandry quite nicely and has grown up to be a completely healthy adult.
Kirin was rescued at 2 days and has never been without optimal husbandry and nutrition and yet is very small, but a very healthy boy. Some size aspects can be linked to environment, but each dragon is unique and has his/her own set of genetics that predetermine his/her size, regardless of husbandry and nutrition (aka baby Kirin).

My poor little peanut ... he's just shy of 2 months old and I weighed him today and he's 8g. He's been so sick - but considering 2 weeks ago at the vet he was only 4g I think this is a huge improvement! Hoping he keeps putting on weight now that he's feeling better!
