I have decided to puree and freeze some green veggies for the winter. I live in Canada and our fresh green choices are limited to none come winter I know however, that frozen greens do become vitamin B deficient once this happens. Does anyone have suggestions on what vitamin B supplement to use? or what is best? and what dosages are sufficient?

YOu can get vitamin B1 pills at Walmart, if you have Walmart in Canada, crushed it and sprinkle a little on the salad. That's what I use to do for my green iguana.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
