    Questions on bearded dragon!!!

As far as your sand question, my vet recommended not using sand as a substrate, even for adults. They can get it in their eye, get infections, or impaction. I've heard of users on here making digging boxes with alfalfa in it.

    shedding

I've had Gladiator for about two months. He's around a year and a half. He's shed his beard and his legs twice, now, but not his body or tail? Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hornworm/Silkworm question

Silver, my beardies stool was like that right after starting him on silkworms and hornworms. It could just be from a change in diet.

    Evil-Ish Crickets!?

I have read that roaches eat high protein dog food mash. I personally just bought the Flukers orange cubes on Amazon when I had crickets. Maybe you could buy a dollar store pair of tweezers to pull their legs off? I agree with shaking them up! I have a little dusting canister that always made...

    SQUASH

I cut up a spaghetti squash and boil it. My little guy shook his head to fling it out of his mouth! My older girl LOVES squash, though. I tried grating it, but they hated that, too.

How to get Dubia Roaches out of their tank

One of the adults got out of the box when they arrived and my huge Gladiator chased after it and ate it before I could do anything about it! Thanks for the help, I'm going to get another bin this week and see how that goes. Do you guys keep your feeding bin warm too?

How to get Dubia Roaches out of their tank

Thanks! Do you wait for the babies to get a little bigger before you feed them to your dragons, or do you just feed them a bunch of babies?

    MBD and Calcium question

I rescued a dragon with a relatively bad case of MBD about two-ish months ago. She was in a 60 gallon tank with a 200 watt house bub and a really old t8 fixture that did not emit UV. Her ribs and hip bones were showing, and she had pinworms. She is three years old, 14 inches long, and 177...

How to get Dubia Roaches out of their tank

Do you just put them in his normal feeding dish, or did you get something specific with smooth edges so it's harder for the suckers to climb out? They totally freak me out..

How to get Dubia Roaches out of their tank

I wasn't quite sure if I should put this is feeding, or feeders, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to get the roaches out of their tank into my dragons tank. I recently started a colony... I believe i have over 700 roaches... When I had crickets, I would pick up the egg crate and...
