What are some good brands to use INSTEAD of Zen habitat?

What are some good brands to use INSTEAD of Zen habitat?

I am not sure --- there are people on here that have gotten the dubiaroaches.com tanks -- I dont like them cuz they are black and are too dark for me-- carolinacages are all glass and too heavy - I have seen complaints about the UVB being attached to the basking bulb fixture -- no feed back from the diycages or talking serpents or apcages--

i've seen people mention getting them from dubia.com. the one we have was custom built by a little mom and pop business in portland, oregon. we had to go pick it up because they don't deliver. i think they've gone back to only selling bugs now.

is the top solid or a screen on top? Zens use stainless steel screens of which I really like

There is an option for both, and it is also stainless steel I believe

I’ve settled for the close topped Meco 4x2x2 enclosure. I’m buying a cage for the basking bulb, and I’ll make sure not to put it less than 6” away from the basking spot The UVB will be placed inside as well.
