I have no experience with those. I used an old refrigerator that was in my garage that worked perfectly with nearly 100 % hatch rate though. Just kept a 25 watt bulb in the bottom , insulation from the fridge kept it at perfect temps. Someone else may be familiar with the one you're dealing with, try posting in the breeding section.
