Nasturtium plant and dandilions?

I saw on the net a video of someone growing there own Nasturtium plants for there beardie. I thought i might grow it myself aswell but wanted to know how nutritional it is for the beardi and if there are any cautions i should know befor feeding this plant to my berdi. Also i have herd that dandilions are good for them aswell and wanted to ask about it befor i gave any to mine. i always thought the white milky stuf in em was poison isnt this true? :study:

Nasturtiums make a great treat but not a great staple.
Dandelions could be used as a staple and have high calcium and v it. A. Just be very cautious when using wild dandelions as pesticides could be present.

The white stuff in dandelions isn't poisonous, not even to us! In fact you can make a fine coffee substitute from boiled dandelion root (if you find yourself out in the wild and longing for a coffee ) I've my own little patch of dandelions for Dennis in the back garden... god knows what the neighbours think but he loves 'em!

Yeah you can get dandelion seeds... I'm not sure where you're from but you can get them very cheap online. Um...I think Sutton Seeds are UK based but theres loads of companies that do them. I think theres one called "Agriseed.com" thats U.S based. Good Luck!
