Hand-Feeding

It's come to my attention and the vet's attention that Maya does not eat enough, even if he's eating on his own. He'll stare at his greens, eat a few bites, then turn away. I have decided to take him out and hand-feed him up to three times daily. The reason why I'm feeding him three times a day is because I want him to be hydrated with baby food and critical care feedings. He has more energy now. Last night, he didn't go to bed until 8:40 PM.

I've been so worried about him because he wasn't eating enough and hydrating was such a hassle. I went ahead and started him on baby food vegetables and water. Also critical care with some probiotics and baby food. It's working.

Good idea as long as taking him out doesn't "stress" him too much.
I hydrate mine with an eyedroper. Thanks again to @xp29 for that advise, it really made a huge difference!

He loves being out and hanging out too. Today, he climbed to my shoulder and sat. He hasn't done that in months. He'd just lay there and not move. I was happy he did.

Yes, he sulked while I went out to do some things. I came home and he perked up. He crawled over and decided to take a nap on me. lol

Turns out this is a common thing at the moment. All our dragons keep sleeping on us

He had his critical care and baby food tonight for dinner but didn't want his greens so he batted my hand away. LOL.
