Where to buy when to move??

I've been looking at the melamine critter condos and think they're awesome and was just wondering if anyone had purchased these where you did so and what your experience was like with the vendor.

Also I'm wondering how to know the appropriate time to move the dragon to its larger enclosure? Is this based purely on the size of the dragon?

I've heard of people buying their vivariums from Livingston Lizard Lounge and the East Bay Vivarium store. Both these places are located in California. I am actually in the market for a vivarium as well so I'm scouting both sources. These two seem to be the most affordable from my perspective.
