Ways the best night light to use plz

Did you mean "what is the best night light to use?" If so, a ceramic heat emitter that gives off heat and no light, that way it doesn't disturb their sleep.

It depends on the size of your tank, what size is it? Also, what temp is the room the tank is in at night?

My tank is 3foot5inch it's in my livening room don't now wat temp it is at night

It's really hard to say, I would probably suggest a 60 CHE then but would be helpful if I knew the room temp of your livingroom at night.
