Ruby still hates me...

How do you purchase something that is so:

1. beautiful
2. eats all of your food
3. soft as a pillow
4. independent
5. demanding regarding his daily routines
6. allows me to put him on my shoulder or lap

but he hates me. We are way beyond getting to know one another. WHAT IS THE DEAL? Anyone want to trade- he's a USER

My 1st dragon was like that with me. She loved Christina but didn't want anything to do with me. Then one day she was on the dash in the car at acred light. The air brakes on a big truck setting beside me purged the water from the system, it made a big popping noise and scared the bejebbers outta Puff. She leaped off the dash right onto my chest and I covered her eyes andctaljed to her. From then on she was ok with me. He'll come around at some point. ..... I had had Puff for over two years at that point.
