3 weeks, even at the home where we got her from she was all spicy, I think that's just going to be the way she is.

But handling her can take a lot of the spice out of her. It can be done, I mention this tip because you posted your concern here specifically asking what you could do.

Can I ask, are you sure she is indeed a she? Could be you have a male. That would explain the aggression towards the other dragons .
Like @AHBD said, handling and socializing them calms them down alot, but it takes time and patience.
Personally I like the sassy dragons
I'll post a pic of how to sex them. Be careful with the light, even the l.e.d's can get hot enough to burn
