Acting like a frog?

So Mr. Dragon is shedding his lil baby head right now and I noticed that his beard is puffing in and out. He doesnt have it puffed out or black. Hes puffing it in and out with his beathing pattern, like a frog does. Does this mean something different or is he just stressed out?
I would post a video but I dont know how.. Thank you!
