Retain Shed-Like Nostril Question

I just noticed a 'retain-like' shed in Maya's nostril. The other one is normal. What is this? Retained shed or needing a vet visit?

Thought it was something worse and confided in some people - Vets and an expert. So, I'm going to out tomorrow when I shop to buy some clear aloe vera gel or juice to see if I can help him shed it out of his poor nose.

It's best to just leave it be. They huff and blow them out when it's ready. If you see him huffing alot and it's stuck you can very GENTLY try to pull it out with your finger nails. If it doesn't come right out leave it. If your rough you could injure the nasal passage.

He's been huffing a lot and scratching at it. I tried to see if I can grasp it with my fingernails, no such luck. Tried a blunt end tweezer (Covered his eye while I tried to see if there was a way to remove it that way. Nope. I tried a moist q-tip, mostly trying to bring it lower. It's still in there. I've deal with tough shed on his body.

Some of the shed came out today with my fingernail. He still has some around his outside nostril.

It should eventually come loose. 4 of my dragons shed it right out, Zen always had more trouble with it.

I thought it was a sinus infection so that's why I decided to ask and see what if it was. I'm glad it's not.

He put himself to bed tonight. I did check on him and he's ok.

Oh, another shed appeared in another nostril. So, he just shed his little nose. Poor baby. He put himself to bed because I didn't get home until late. He discovered recently a hide under his basking spot and goes right in when he's sleepy.
