Curled scales?

Hello it’s been a while since I’ve been on here but I have a question, it seems like toothless scales on his nose curl? They have been like this for as long as I can remember but for some reason recently they just seems super noticeable not sure why but, I was wondering if this is something to worry about, he has never had any injuries or damage to those scales. Is this just normal? Or maybe like some kind of birth mark?

He is handsome !! As for the funny scales it seems like some dragons just develop that way, I've seen quite a few that look like that.

Ok good, I was just worried that it could have been from some kind of calcium deficiency or something, thank you!
