I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!

He likely just interrupted brumation.
Mine did also: brumated 2 weeks, came out, basking, eating, I thought he's done with it - a few days after, again in his cave. He lays there, eyes open, might nap sometimes but usually only sleeps during night. This can be a totally normal brumation behavior.
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔

How are you doing? My first brumation was hard. I cried like a baby....daily.
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding

Did you name your beardie after Swordtail in the Wings Of Fire series by Tui T Sutherland? When I got my beardie I wanted to name him Qibli, but my family quickly denied the idea. Love the name!!!

Thats awesome!!!
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

What are the temps? Are you talking about a CHE (ceramic heat emitter) or basking bulb? They will feel cool to the touch at night, you just want to make sure the enclosure temp doesn't get below 65° to 60° at night when the lights are off.

You could possibly use hand warmers until you get a new bulb. They aren't the best but should be okay
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
