Yellow fungus?

My beardy has always had yellow colour patterns and been perfectly healthy until someone suggested he might have yellow fungus? What do you guys think

The coloring looks a little off. Is that area getting ready to shed at all? Did this come on
suddenly?
To be proactive, you could get some anti-fungal cream such as lamisil or monistat to put
on the affected areas to see if you get any improvement.
How is his appetite doing?
