Well, that is all you really can do at the moment, is just keep an eye on him & let him brumate. If his weight stays within 25 grams or so, that is acceptable. If he begins losing more than that, you will need to hydrate him a bit & make sure nothing else is wrong.

Thanks so much Tracie, for all of your help. I would be a complete basket case if it weren't for you and others on this board. I do miss seeing Zilla hanging out on his hammock. I never realized just how many times during the day I walked by and talked to him. Can't wait to see him out and about again.
