I am extremely new to the bearded dragon scene. About a month ago I took my kids frog catching, we kept several of them and it completely renewed that old childhood fascination with anything reptilian that I had while growing up. Since then I have been frequently visiting the local pet-shop for crickets, and while there saw a very sweet 1 1/2 yr old Beardy who's previous owner had to move away, and I knew then and there that a Bearded dragon was the path I wanted to take! Since then I've been browsing the web, buying books, and pestering the poor petshop girls to death! All in the search of a dragon that suits me, both in looks AND attitude Well, to make a long story short, while browsing through this website's Visitor Album section I saw photo number 75 (page 4, top row, 3rd from the left) and WOW!!! that is hands the best looking dragon I have seen to date. Now my problem is that, with my lack of knowledge, I have no idea if Gray/Black/White stripes is a breed (or line, however it's referred too) that's fairly easy to find, or if it's kind of like winning the lottery, and either way, how one would go about procuring such a beautiful new companion... Well, if you took the time to read through this crazy long post, and happen to have any helpful feedback, it would be enormously appreciated!! thanks in advance
If you can put the link in a thread here I bet someone can tell you
I myself have 1 german giant x sandfire male ,1 sandfire x morph orange red female, 1 female Italian leatherback, 1 of my newest is sandfire x morph yellow red.
its best if you want to know the lineage is to know who the breeder is the mom and dad of the baby they always can tell you what the genes are. I have dealt with 2 breeders for all 4 of mine seeing the parents was awesome so I know how they would turn out when they grew up! Not that I would ever let one of my babies go or ever be rehomed !
