Hello,

I believe you signed up on my site, for Adeno, right? I will email you back. As far as boosting immune
systems, you can use colloidal silver in cycles, bee pollen, & in cases of Adeno which target the liver
most of the time Milk thistle is very good for blood & circulatory health.
Also, maintain his overnight temperatures around 75F-80F to help his immune system stay boosted.
Since you mentioned he was eating & gaining weight, it sounds like his system is doing pretty good
right now!

Hello @xp29 and @Hookfang !

I'm so sorry to head about your dragon. Oddly enough, I had a negative diagnosis but based on his symptoms we treated it like adeno. He used to sleep alot and needed palliative care with food. Oxbow vegetarian diet is what I used to give him mixed with some repashy omnivore formula, but only do this if he stops eating on his own. Unfortunately, Drogon passed away of stomach cancer, but like many people mentioned, they can live normal lives with adeno! Keep us updated!

A ceramic heat emitter- it needs to go into a dome fixture - you can set it on top of the screen middle of the tank -- how big is the tank? I use a 100 watt for 120 gallon tank keeps temps around 70 - so if you want one area warmer place it directly over that area and see what kind of temps you get

Hello, we are new beardie parents. We adopted Hookfang on July 20th. They believe he was about 3 months old at that time. We feed him BSFL, kale, and butternut squash. We noticed he was just not eating. We initially had reptile bark in his enclosure but have since replaced it with paper towels. We thought he was eating his bugs, but they were escaping and hiding in the bark. He is really skinny and just won't eat. We are giving him Critical Care (about 3ML) a day and a soak for about 10 mins. He is reluctant to eat so we are force-feeding. Today he finally pooped but it was really watery. Can someone tell us if we are doing everything okay and/or if there is anything we should do? We're already so attached to him and we are so worried. :(
The first picture is when we got him in July. The second picture was taken on 8/25.
If it’s super watery and has a strong order plus he’s not eating, it could be parasites. Our first dragon had watery poop and was very lethargic like this. She was sick and I didn’t know it.

The one we have now is almost five months, is super healthy, and ate so much that she grew 3” in the first moth we had her when she was two months old.

I’m a first time owner, but IMO, knowing what I know now with our new beardie, I would take yours to a vet asap. Really runny poop and not eating especially for a baby is concerning.

Let us know what they say.

I think that 72 F should be fine but it's O.K to have a ceramic heater if the temp. goes done any more than thsat. And Tracie thought that the vet recommended euthanization when it was actually the pet store so that was just a misunderstanding.
If Selkie's dragon tested negative it prob. did not have adeno. There are other illnesses thsat can cause lethargy + mimic the symptoms but then sadly Drogon passed from stomach cancer.

Hey all... update on Hookfang...vet was so surprised to see how good Hookfang looks and is doing. He's 15 gram now! Eats about 30 crickets a day. Vet says he is happy with his progress and we'll so a check-up and blood work in 6 months.
We are so happy with his progress too :)
To us he finally looks like a healthy bearded dragon ❤️

Wow, what a turn around for the little one with no appetite ! He looks alert + healthy, I know you must be thrilled ! Just one little suggestion , cut the amount down to about 20, you don't want him to grow TOO fast. Then offer greens too [ or maybe you do and I forgot ] like kale , collards, turnip + mustard greens, escarole, endive, dandelion and a little shredded squash once in a while.
Oh, and post a pic of his full body from above, I'm thinking he looks possibly like a Dunner morph.

So funny because I think my hubby under feeds him! 😂 But we will definitely keep it 20. He's been through enough don't want him to grow too fast and stress him out. I do put kale in his bowl..he never goes for it and sometimes i try to hand feed it and all he does is lick it. Now that he has an appetite I will try all the other greens.
Here's a picture of his full back. We were told he was an "inferno" dragon.

How much water should I be giving my bearded dragon? He will only drink from a dropper when I drop on his nose and I’m not sure if I should give it to him until he won’t drink anymore? Or should I stop after he’s had a certain amount?
